Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate team-building activities, staff games, and events to encourage collaboration and boost morale.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Review and process expense reports submitted by employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Regularly assess employee performance against KRAs, providing feedback and support.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate employment offers and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks such as employee contracts, personnel files, and documentation.
  • Manage employee leave and attendance records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role with 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced organization, preferably in the technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Good written and verbal communication
