About the Role

TL will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, managing a team of associates, and ensuring that all performance metrics (KPIs) are met with precision.

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a team of 15- 20 members, ensuring high productivity and morale.
  • Performance Management: Monitor real-time performance, conduct quality audits, and manage shift rosters to meet daily targets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Communication: Maintain seamless communication between the team and upper management. Address grievances and provide regular feedback.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate MIS reports and track team performance data on a daily basis.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an operations supervisory role.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Technical: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Availability: Ready to work from our Sector 62, Noida office and manage rotating shifts if required
