About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our rapid expansion across India. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for our BPO division, ensuring timely and quality closures across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitmentfor BPO division (Junior to Leadership roles)
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Drive bulk hiringfor BPO division across departments (Telesales, Customer care, Feet on Street, etc)
- Create and execute effective sourcing strategiesthrough job portals, vendors, references, and internal databases
- Conduct screening and initial assessmentsof candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and dashboards
- Work closely with HRBP for offer rollouts and onboarding
- Build a strong pipeline of BPO talent across locations
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong preference for candidates from the BPO industry
- Experience in bulk hiring is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
